💭 My Take of the Week

  • B2B Go-To-Market and revenue traction take time. There is no easy button or quick win.

    • For example, I’m on my 14th business, and it never gets easier. In fact, it may be getting “harder” because I realize how hard it really is.

    • Numerous factors can impact your growth, including your target ideal customer profile, your offer, pricing point, market trends and competition, positioning, company brand, personal brand, and team — the list goes on…Here is a complete breakdown of what matters.

    • Budget for a minimum of 12 months on your next B2B outbound motion, especially in higher ticket deals with longer sales cycles.

  • The bottom line is to be easy on yourself because IT IS HARD. And that’s okay.

  • The key thing to remember is:

    • Take one step at a time.

    • Don’t give up.

    • Learn from every mistake.

    • Surround yourself with great people.

    • Eliminate people who slow you down or hold you back.

    • “More, Better, “New” - Usually do more of what you are doing, sometimes do better, but rarely do new…stay the course and don’t waver.
