💭 My Take of the Week
Business is a journey of personal self-development. The challenging, yet beautiful aspect of being an entrepreneur is that there is nowhere to hide. The brutal truth of every decision will reveal itself.
Every experiment, idea, and GTM motion will either result in revenue or it will fail. Every product feature launch will either work and solve a real problem or it won’t.
The key thing is to maintain the “growth mindset” despite the hardships of reality.
The faster we acknowledge that many of our ideas are flawed and our suggestions ill-conceived, the faster we can move beyond emotional disappointment and try again.
Be radically open-minded, persevere through the inevitable downturns, and keep going. Remember, you only have to be right once (in the grand scheme of building businesses). All your other failures will pale in comparison.
