💭 My Take of the Week
“Newer levels, newer devils.”
What gets you from 0-1 clients is different than what gets you from 1-5 clients. Likewise, what gets you from 5-12 may be different than what gets you from 12-30.
Here’s the point: Don’t be married to one strategy, tactic, or set of processes. There is no one-size-fits-all advice. Be wary of any guru that tells you otherwise.
Also, don’t get stuck in one “mode.” As you grow, you must also adapt. This means throwing away the proven playbook and adopting a new one. This requires courage, flexibility, and being willing to try new things. Testing, failure, and iteration are your best friends as you scale your business.
Remember, “the path illuminates as you walk it.” The answers will come from doing…not thinking. That said, find mentors and guides to help light the path when possible.
