💡 LinkedIn Highlights

The Vibe Coding Illusion!

Vibe coding never died because it was never alive in the first place. Vibe coding is like hearing one day that you can fly.

The Pricing Ceiling Problem 🤯

You're not underpaid because clients are cheap. You're underpaid because you're bad at positioning. Let me show you.

The Missing Middle Layer 🎯

I've reviewed 47 agency founder LinkedIn profiles in the past 90 days. 41 of them have the same problem. They're creating content 5x a week. Getting decent engagement.

Compounding Outbound Works!
Ever notice how some agencies are always testing new ICPs? While others just... keep booking meetings from the same ones? Here's what I'm seeing:
Execution Is Why Others Are Winning

I'm tired of agency owners asking me "what's the secret?" There is no secret. You're just not doing enough.

Planning Is Procrastination in Disguise
The agencies that go from 0 to 3 clients in 30 days have one thing in common. It's not their offer. It's not their niche. It's not their network. It's their tolerance for imperfect action.
You Didn’t Earn the Playbook Yet 👀

I've launched 14 companies. Sent 11,232,352 cold emails last year. Spent 6 years building playbooks that helped me close millions. And here's what nobody tells you about those playbooks:

You’re Treating LinkedIn Like Meta
"I can't just run LinkedIn ads and hope that it's just gonna work all by itself." Most founders burn thousands on LinkedIn ads without ever validating the channel first.
The Real Reason Agencies Plateau

Want to scale your lead gen agency to 20+ clients? (In 6 months). Most lead gen agencies stay stuck at 3-5 clients. Not because their campaigns don't work. Because they don't have a client acquisition system. Here's what changed everything for me:

Big Agencies Aren’t Your Competition
Every agency in your niche has the website. The case studies. The team. The MRR. And you're wondering how you compete. Here's the thing:

💭 My Take of the Week

  • DO NOT blindly follow the “gurus” if you are in GTM or starting a GTM agency. Here’s the reality…I know all of them…most of them don’t have a significant advantage or know something you don’t.

  • Like all of us, they are testing, trying, and iterating. They, too, are learning.

  • But here’s the deal: The GTM world, in its current form, has only been around for about 24 months. All the “experts” are just figuring it out.

  • Here’s my point: You are not too late to the game.

  • So, start trying, testing, learning, and iterating.

  • But don’t take everything you hear in the LinkedIn newsfeed as gospel. I see a lot of misinformation and many “gurus” pointing many of us in the wrong direction.

  • Keep this in mind as you learn and grow.
