💡 LinkedIn Highlights

Respect yourself, no shortcuts 💪🏻

I realize now how blessed I have been to be crushed throughout my career. I'll be real. NOTHING has come easy. Yet, on paper, it should have...

Overthinking kills more dreams.

“Push the button.” I was speaking to my dog. I had just purchased “talking buttons” from Amazon to help my dog communicate when she wants to go outside to the bathroom or get food.

Become lethal at one thing…

Let me tell you something that's gonna piss off every "full-service" agency out there:

You don't need 8 GTM strategies. You need ONE that you're absolutely KILLER at.

Shipping fast doesn’t mean shipping easy.
I’ve vibe-coded apps in 6 hours that take my dev team 12 weeks to ship.
Every time I hand it off, I hear the same thing:
“Yeah… but you haven't considered XYZ edge case.”
GTM engineers will die before SDRs

I sat down with 👨‍🔬 Richard F. Purcell, Founder of MoxieGTM, for one of the spiciest, most honest GTM conversations I’ve had all year. We went deep on AI, data, GTM roles, and why the tools everyone is hyping are...

Positioning decides who wins.
You've got 1-2 years running a GTM agency. Calendar's packed with discovery calls. Then someone asks: "What makes you different?"

And you realize... your answer changes based on who's asking. That's the problem.
Webinars built a $10M SaaS

I sat down with Niels Klement, CMO at Perspective, to unpack how they bootstrapped a $10M ARR SaaS in four years off the back of a webinar funnel and a very specific market trend almost everyone slept on.

$3M without product or employees.
I sat down with Frank Sondors 🥓 (Founder, Salesforge.ai 🔥) to unpack how he pulled this off in one of the most crowded markets in SaaS. Frank didn’t do the typical “build for 6 months then pray.” He talked to customers, sold the idea first, and only wrote code when people literally paid him to.
The meaning hides in the pursuit.

I ended up in a UFC champion's entourage at 2 a.m. in a Vegas Club after he won his first belt. Here's what I learned. I've often driven toward my dreams wondering what the end of the rainbow looks like. How will I feel when I arrive?

Founders drown without scaffolding.
Three months ago, a founder told me he was "too busy to document processes." He was working 70-hour weeks at $35K MRR. Last week he called back. Down to $18K MRR. Two clients churned. Best SDR quit.

"I should've listened."

💭 My Take of the Week

  • Sometimes you have to pivot and pivot hard. This can be a paradox because fortitude and perseverance are critical skills and traits. Yet, persevering too long can harm your initiatives. I love the quote that goes something like this: “If you are on the wrong train, it’s better to get off at the next stop, because the longer you stay on, the more expensive the return trip. This isn’t about trains.”
